This is a Matroska lossless version (except for the spanish/french subtitles from the movie that were removed) taken from the original DVD from the B5 Movie Collection.

The original disc was converted to Matroska without any modifications using MakeMKV, and the additional subtitles were removed using MKVToolnix, which also don't change anything in the Matroska files.
There's also a VIDEOTS folder available here, but it's only to preserve the original DVD menus, since they can't be converted to Matroska. Please use the software called Total MediaTheatre from Arcsoft (do a search here to find a version) if you want to access this folder. Media Player Classic usually doesn't work when accessing them, but TMT ALWAYS WORK.
And the Matroska container does not reencode the contents, according to their FAQ:
This is a lossless process, only taking out the media streams from one container and putting them into Matroska.
